Grow A Garden Weather Database
Every weather event with triggered mutations and farming strategy.
Weather in Grow A Garden is a server-side rotating system that applies guaranteed mutations to growing crops. The cycle runs roughly every 4 minutes through Sunny, Rain (Wet), Thunderstorm (Shocked), Snow (Chilled), Heatwave (Burnt), and rare Rainbow events — with high-value scheduled events like Disco Night and Blood Moon layered on top.
Applies Wet mutation. Frequent, perfect for AFK farming.
Triggers Shocked. Rare, log in immediately if it spawns.
Applies Chilled. Pair with sprinklers for Frozen.
Burnt mutation event. Cancels Wet — manage sprinklers.
Applies Windstruck. Common, easy free multiplier.
How to play around weather
Weather is the single most undervalued lever in the entire game. Players who log in during Thunderstorm + Honey Sprinkler windows out-earn casual players by 3–5×. The trick is calendar awareness: weather rotates fast enough that one well-timed login during a 4-minute Thunderstorm can double your session's value.

- Disco Night → Disco multiplier (×10 stack layer)
- Blood Moon → Bloodlit (×7, only on Mythical-tier crops)
FAQ
How often does weather change in Grow A Garden?+
Weather cycles every ~4 minutes per server. Major events (Disco Night, Blood Moon) run on a longer 12–24 hour rotating schedule independent of standard weather.
Which weather is the best for farming?+
Thunderstorm and Rainbow weather are the highest-value windows. Thunderstorm grants Shocked mutation; Rainbow grants free Rainbow rolls on anything currently growing.
Does Heatwave damage my crops?+
Yes — unsprinklered crops take damage and can die during Heatwave. Sprinklered crops are safe. Log out during Heatwave if you have no sprinkler coverage.
Can I trigger weather manually?+
No. Weather is server-side and rotates automatically. Some limited Robux items can extend a current weather window but cannot start a new one.
Does weather apply to all crops or only growing ones?+
Only crops in their growth phase receive weather mutations. Fully grown crops awaiting harvest do not gain new mutations from new weather.
What's the rarest weather event?+
Blood Moon is the rarest standard event, with an estimated 1 in 200 cycle chance. Disco Night is scheduled, not random — set notifications in the Roblox app.
