Plain-English summary
We don't ask for your email. We don't sell your data. Calculator inputs never leave your browser. We use privacy-respecting page-view analytics only, with no third-party advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, and no cross-site profiling.
What we collect
- Page views — anonymized URL, country (city-level at most), and referrer.
- Device basics — browser type and screen size, for compatibility debugging.
- Theme preference — stored in your browser's local storage only.
We do not collect: your IP address (it is hashed and discarded at the analytics layer), your Roblox username, your in-game progress, your email, or your calculator inputs.
What we don't do
- No user accounts. No signups. No passwords to lose.
- No third-party advertising trackers (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.).
- No fingerprinting libraries.
- No cross-site profiling.
- No selling of data to brokers.
Cookies and local storage
We may store a theme preference (dark/light) in local storage. That is the only browser-side state we maintain. No tracking cookies, no session cookies, no marketing pixels.
Calculator inputs
All calculator math runs entirely in your browser. The crop you select, weight you type, mutations you toggle — none of it is sent to our server. The page response is the same regardless of what you compute.
Third-party services
We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider for aggregate page-view counts only. The provider does not set tracking cookies and does not retain individual visitor profiles. Game data references (mutation names, item names) are descriptive only — we do not make API calls to Roblox or to the Grow A Garden game servers from your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of any data we may hold that relates to your visits. Email hello@growagardencalculatorpet.com from the IP address you used the site from, and we will purge any analytics entries tied to that IP within 7 days. Because we collect no personal identifiers, the volume of data per visitor is minimal by design.
Children's privacy
The site is open to all ages and collects no personal information from any visitor, child or adult. Parents with questions about Roblox itself should review Roblox's own privacy and safety documentation.
